Town of San Luis Staff

Town Manager—Susan Sanderford:
Susan has served as a San Luis Town Trustee in 2012 - 2013 and 2016 - April of 2018. Her public service also includes serving on the Town of San Luis and the Costilla County Planning and Zoning Commitees. Susan is a Grief Counselor, and Co-Executive Director of a San Luis non-profit “Casa de Santa Maria.” She has 35 years experience as a graphic artist, which includes newspapers, technical illustration and website design. An entrepeneur at heart—Susan has resided in San Luis since August of 2006.

Town Judge—Raymond Miller: Judge Miller is an East Ancorage High Graduate. Attended Adam's Stae Collare with a Government and History Major. Received a J.D. degree with Whittier Law School in Coasta Mesa, California. Has been a private practice attorney since 1999.
